About The Role
The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients for the business in mid-market and the achievement of the revenue targets for assigned territory. The role also includes relationship management with the new & existing client to ensure future association. The candidate should have experience in SAAS based or cloud based selling / HR Solutions / Concept Sale.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for achievement of revenue targets for assigned territory.
- Research, Account Mapping and Lead generation to support revenue targets.
- Acquiring new clients for the business in mid-market.
- Relationship Management (upselling and cross-selling) with all new Clients to maintain
the future association and ensure y-o-y growth. - Updating Sales Efforts in CRM and assist in preparation of daily reports and MIS.
- Should have experience in SAAS based or cloud-based selling / HR Solutions / Concept
Sale.
Minimum Requirement
- MBA/PGDM (Engineering candidates in UG preferred).
- Experience in Selling to Corporate Accounts for a minimum of 2 years.
- Strong network of and goodwill among Decision Makers (VP, CXO etc.), especially in HR.
- Enterprising aggressive sales professional with excellent communication skills.
